FutureCare Irvington is a very nice facility. One of the first things that I noticed was how clean the facility is kept. The cleaning staff clearly take pride in doing there job well. I love how they make their residents feel like they are home. I attended an event given for the residents and their families and I had a great time. Everyone there greeted me with a smile and positive attitude. The staff made me feel welcomed from the moment I entered the door. I really enjoyed my visit to Future care.

I have visited multiple times. The building is always clean and smells nice. All of the different receptionists are very friendly and knowledgeable. I was also able to attend the trick or treating event. It was well done. There was music and activities. The residents were in costumes and giving out candy to the kids. They looked great and seemed to be having a great time. You can tell FutureCare truly cares for their residents and the community.

Dear Administrator’s, I am writing to share my deepest appreciation for one of your exceptional team members, Miss Connie, who serves as the receptionist at your facility. In a world where compassion and genuine kindness can often go unnoticed, Miss Connie shines brightly every single day. Each time I walk through the doors of FutureCare, Miss Connie sets the tone with her warm smile, positive attitude, and kind words. Her presence is uplifting, and she has an incredible gift for making people feel welcomed and seen, even during emotionally difficult times. As someone with a loved one receiving care, walking into a facility can be heavy—but Miss Connie’s light spirit and professionalism consistently turn that weight into comfort. It is clear she takes great pride in her role and understands the impact she has on families. She doesn’t just greet visitors—she provides a sense of hope and reassurance in moments that are often filled with worry. That kind of service deserves to be recognized and celebrated. Please extend my heartfelt gratitude to Miss Connie and know that her efforts are not only appreciated, but deeply felt. Sincerely, Tiffany Hooper

Medical, PT and OT staff are excellent. They are caring, attentive, know my needs, timely to my requests, happy individuals, great sense of humor and exceed all my expectations. The facility is spotless and constantly cleaned. The food is excellent too, which is surprising for a nursing home rehabilitation. I cannot say enough good things about FutureCare Irvington. Highly recommend.

I was a Pulmonary Rehab Patient at this facility for 2 months following discharge from Shock Trauma. During this time I had to relearn how to swallow, eat, and walk while doing physical rehabilitation 5 days a week. Although like everything in life there were some bumps in the road, in the end any problems or concerns were addressed to my satisfaction. You can't expect anything better than that. I had the pleasure of being cared for by the attentive Speech Therapy, Nursing, Respiratory Therapy and Physical Therapy staff. And would like to give a special shoutout to Hanna, RNs Andrea, Felix, and Vicky, along with GNA Kelly who went above and beyond to provide care for me. Also Heidi and her staff of Respiratory Therapists were always attentive and professional and caring, and finally Patty, Beth, and Theresa in physical Therapy who were always supportive and able to get me to the point that I was able to leave the facility using a walker which was a huge milestone. Finally a special thanks to J and L for opening your doors for me. My wife said that Shock Trauma saved my life and FutureCare gave me my life back. I couldn't agree more.

I was sent to Future Care in Irvington for rehab. As anyone would be I was very skeptical on what kind of care I would receive. 1st. The facility and outside were immaculate. Plenty of parking, easy access ramps, Super clean hallways and common areas. Beautiful Lobby area to sit and relax. A beautiful aquarium is in the Lobby as well. Leading to my room was a long enclosed hallway with windows to be able to see some of the outside grounds. To the right was Physical therapy room. You can see that they take rehab very seriously. Many types of machines, chairs, exercise equipment, steps to walk up & down, etc. Getting to my room, I was pleasantly surprised to see how clean it was. 2nd. The staff was very friendly from housekeeping techs, Nurse's helpers, Nurses themselves(shout out to Richard & Barnabas), the Doctor too, were excellent. I also received excellent care in Kidney Dialysis. I visited and had therapy there 2 times. That group worked like a well oiled machine. Always attentive to your needs. 3rd. Physical therapy was challenging. Mo & Patricia, as well as others, work to get your goals met. Whew! Some intense sessions but worth every minute. Some great advise given for after leaving the facility. I was there for 7 days. I'm very Pleased with the care that I received." Hats off" and a heart felt THANK YOU to a team that took very best care. Have a wonderful Day!!😄😄

I recently visited a friend at FutureCare Irvington. They aim to please. There are reserved visitor parking spaces directly in front of the building. There is also a low-inclined access ramp at the front door. In fact similar access ramps are available throughout the building. The facility is so inviting and clean. Each area I passed through was clean and client friendly. Staff were friendly, professional and busy at work. Services were given with smiles. Staff are very helpful. I was very happy because my friend was happy. I enjoyed my visit with her. I like FutureCare Irvington and rate it 5 out of 5.
